    Hi all, just going thru some old hand me downs and found a sony 701s. Just curious what it is worth, heard they were really rare

    It is in a good condition, it needs only a new Accu.
    I bought it in NY 1988 . The Serial NR. is 10111

    I can tell you the value of your walkman if you post some pictures. Regarding the value of your walkman, cosmetic condition is the most important factor and functionality comes next.
    Do you have its original box and accessories?
