I was racking my brain to remember where I had seen the process of printing on metal after reading the Toshiba KT-AS10 Restoration Thread. I thought it was one of the audio sites but after thinking about it I remembered it was the guys on garagejournal.com who wanted to reproduce information plates for their tool restoration. This is the company the thread writer recommended (Bay Photo)..... https://www.bayphoto.com/wall-displays/metalprints/ Here's the thread, they do a lot of equipment restoration, some parts they make my be similar to our radios. Hope this helps! https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=323165
We are close where you could create boombox parts from nothing and maybe even a whole boombox case. The next years will show us the way.3D printing and similar technologies are on the verge of doing something extraordinary i just hope i wont be too old to see that happening
