Got myself some vintage headphones not normally my thing but they have flashing led lights, and were only €2, anyone seen anything like these before made by Golden Technica Model MD800/CD but can’t find any information about them on the internet, as CDs came out in 1982 i think they must be around this time, they have 2 jacks one 6.5mm for the headphones themselves and a small 3.5mm jack I believe for the lights, which at present do not work, certainly something different
Very strange. I wonder what they were designed to plug into. Maybe: Some kind of adapter box maybe with a battery in it Some kind of tacky audio gear along the lines of the Discolite. I would guess the date to be closer to the 1990s. Until then CDs were usually bought by Audiophiles who would have turned their noses up at anything so tacky.
LEDs on the headphones? What is the point: for the narcissists always admiring themselves at the mirror, or is it to make you look ‘busy’ when your Boss approaches? Definitely post your findings: maybe second wire gets plugged into Line-Out?
