Hello all, I’ve been lurking for a while and decided to finally make an account to take better advantage of all the valuable info on this forum. I’ve come here from Google countless times over the years so not sure why I hadn’t sooner, haha. I have a fascination with the cassette era in general from the stylings to the mechanics and their evolution. I’ve mainly had Sony models and love seeing the different variations they made for their mechanisms. As I’ve gotten into shortwave listening recently- I was happy to see Sony made quality radios back then too. My prized models would be the WM-501 and the ICF-2010 though the DDs have been calling my name. (Moth in wallet says “No.”) Best regards from the desert!
