Hey guys, posted this question a few days ago on Boomboxery but no replies yet, so I figured I'd post here too. Can anyone tell me the belt size(s) and amount of belts for a Lenoxx C-736? Thank you in advance

It looks like Lenoxx Boomboxes were private labeled from Taiwan meaning they'd buy a few thousand at a time and put the Lenoxx Name on them. Other companies were also free to buy these boxes and do the same thing. It's interesting to see the company started in the 1980's with boomboxes.

I worked for a company a long time ago that did the same thing. Our main products were high-end cleaning products for tape machines, ie VCR's, cassettes, 8MM computer back-up systems, etc. But the sales guys would also get requests from companies like Best Buy and Circuit City for tchotchke items like plastic CD cleaner trays or CD cleaning discs with the little brush on them or even electronics like mixing boards.

These all came from Taiwan and were pretty inexpensive, getting repair information on them is pretty non-existent and these are boxes that you usually just crack open and just try to figure it out. I don't think there's much inside and if you screw it up you won't be out much. I don't see a tape counter so there's probably just one belt. It looks like Lenoxx had a pretty long run and just recently dissolved, but I did find the service manual page on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, although I don't think your box is listed. Maybe you can find a similar one on the list and get a better idea what size belt you need.
