After debating integrated to get between SA-9100 and SA-8500 for sometimes, I pulled the trigger at SA-8500 mint condition movies download movies at forum off ebay earlier. I am want to get wooden case for it, either OEM or custom made. If anyone have information where to get it, please let me know. Any thoughts about this amp?

That's a great little amp, I've got it with it's matching tuner and the more rare reverb unit, at least I think it's reverb, I was just checking the net and all the reverbs I find have a visual display, mine just has the silver face and a few switches. Stacked up they're almost as cool as a Pioneer Spec but a fraction of the price.

I'm not sure what the wooden case looks like but I imagine just the sides are wood. For an amateur woodworker it would be easy to make, just cut boards to size and make screw holes, a full case might require a router and some homemade jigs but still very doable. After more looking, that unit might have either wooden sides or a full case, Oak Tree Vintage might have parts but it won't be cheap.

Edit: I went and looked, I have the Pioneer RG-1 Expander, not the reverb unit.
