I only realized that you are near Brighton, mate! Clacton-on-Sea, Brighton, Rye-Harbour - such a nice memories from 1991 when I was staying in London being a student and visiting my friends in East London..
I am nearer Worthing than Brighton, around 7 miles......in the car of course there is nothing between the two - sadly both towns are not like they were in the 90's the best decade ever for those of us aged 25 & upwards! There will never be a time like it again.......
