    Love Mono bboxes, anything above them is a travesty of competing with your main stereo... JVC RC-550 I will never have, never again! Spent so much time and efforts on my lost one that the memories of the restoration pains is more than enough for me in my present incarnation!

    I've got the CF-460 and it's very high quality build and they look a lot better in person. The handles move with precision with mechanical clicking detents. Mine came with two repair bills, one from 79 for $131.00 USD! and another from 80 for $21.00, that was pretty big money back then, I think the units themselves were over $200.00 when new.

    Japan has a lot of home furnishing shops, Vintage USA with an industrial twist is hot right now. Most of these shops had a 70's AIWA or Sony radio similar to these in their displays, they fit in perfect and looked really cool.
