Sony WM D6C issues

    Hi guys,
    A new toy to restore, this Walkman has a particularly issue, on play, FF or RW the motor just function for a couple of seconds and shuts off, I just check the motor with 2.5V and is good and strong, so don’t know if f is a transistor or servo motor Ic, what do you think guys? thanks.

    Actually when power on only the battery led is on and fade way slowly, no play, Ff or Rw…..

    Never mind, way to complicated, dc-dc convertor, servo ic, transistors…. Jus sold for parts.

    I wouldn't buy a d6c now, there to old complicated and big lol, not to mention the crazy prices
