I have the opportunity to purchase this unit, the seller claims that, it has never been used. Assuming that, everything checks out, would it be worth $75 US he is asking? I need feedback before going ahead with the purchase.
I think $75 rather expensive for models from that era and area of the line. And being kinda old, even never used is no guarantee of the belts being in good condition. I don't know about the prices in your part of the world, but for myself that'd be a $15-30ish model depending on the condition and what comes with it. It does have some nicer features not found in most walkmans in the same class: stereo speakers, digital display, and radio recording. I'd say it belongs to the upper end of the lower range of the line.
