Wanted: Sony Walkman WM 3EX

Looking for a WM 3EX. For folks who don't know this is a WM 3 but in goldish champagne color. Looking for one in good cosmetic condition.

 

There is one on Ebay at this time and seller is from Philippines and wants 1400 USD for his walkman ! without a box

Hugo has one in brand new condition with a beautiful box. I am hoping someday Hugo find a different interest/ passion like collecting watches or classic cars and decide to sell his walkmans then this specific walkman will be mine

 

Ok wow didn't realise the value would be that much. I found one and currently negotiating on a price. Not in the same condition as the one above on ebay but still looks very good.

What a fabulous Walkman. One of my favourites. Took me a long time to get the one pictured below. This one is as clean and complete as the day it was manufactured. Even has the cardboard outer box.

Can you please take a picture of your headphone where the writing/ model information is.
I managed to get one WM-3EX but it doesn't have a headphone. So i hope to find a headphone to make it a complete unit.
I need to know the differences between Wm-3 and Wm-3EX headphones

The headphones you require are MDR-50's. You might pick up a pair on eBay. If I see any for sale I will let you know.

and MDR-4L1 is the one for WM-3
