Very nice! Some great examples there all looking minty. Love the C20 at the top, and of course the Sanyo mini's, they are so hard to resist...
M9996 is awesome!! I love these stereo's - Yours is same condition as mine too!! I have a few Sanyo mini's, they are my favourite make from back then!
Thanks everyone for the nice comments, I spend a considerable amount of time taking apart and cleaning all my boxes when I receive them. I'm not bothered if they work (I can fix them), condition is more important unless it's something really special. I'll always aim for less than £40 for any box and I usually pay a lot less Thanks Nick, I must like the M9996 a lot also, I have 2!
Thanks, this is only a few recent ones, my eldest daughter made me count how many I have, I was actually shocked 258!!!
Yeah 258! Here's some of them, I wish I could have them all on display and not like this, but I don't have the space. I have about a dozen on display downstairs which I do rotate, I do try to use them all! But even one a week at a time will take 5 years!
That's a very difficult question, which I can't immediately answer, I don't think I could choose just one. I will probably do a top 10 this will be easier, tomorrow I'll have a quick review of contenders, but my JVC M70 will be in there along with a Hitachi TRK-8800 and my Sanyo M7830, so that's three.
Yep i doubt i could answer the same question myself dave as i have about 50 boxes of which most of them i grew up with although my best sounding box is my sony fh909 but hell i couldn't live with just one box that would be just boring, one of my faves at the moment is the aiwa 880, just love using it mate
