Little plastic washers/clips +where to find+

    Anyone have any leads on those little clips that go over the gears on the later walkmans? IMG_20180321_164240.jpg

    DIY is the easiest, I use 0.3mm teflon sheet and Japanese hole punch set to make these tiny buggers.

    You can use (celluloid?) backings left from iPhone/i-whatever screen protectors, and Chinese copy of my $68.95 punch is now available for under $5 here: Hole Punch

    Excellent. What a great idea!! Everytime I've done the center gear replacement on the DD's they go flying off into the abyss.

    I agree, never thought of doing this, I would normally rob them from parts Walkman.

    I have a hole punch from the dollar store
    was going to use plastic from packaging to make the washers
    dident know about the the teflon sheets
