LOL, I wouldn't even know what any of that stuff is or how much it costs. But it looks awesome anyway!

You do have quite "a few"! Wish I had extra space on my audio-rack for a second TT, with Mono cart and 45/78 option. Will keep dreaming!!! :)

Agree with @Reli : please put model numbers next to your photos, it will be a nice reference thread for TTs

VPI is one wicked machine, but now you must tell us what is downstream of your Beast? They have a Lot of different models, using different concepts, and yours is my fav! Personally, I am stuck with Linn Sondek. Do not understand Linn CD players but Sondek gives me exactly what I want to hear when planted onto my sweet-spot in front of Naim Audio amplification/SBL speakers

Nice collection you have there, I also own perhaps too many turntables. My favorite ones is the Yamaha PX-3 and the Empire 598

Oh man! You too own a PX-3? Brilliant! Actually I own two PX-3 and one PX-2 which I acquired earlier this year. I am thrilled with it and I have been featuring it a lot on my YouTube channel. In fact, while talking Empire, check out the 2000E/I mounted on it!

Will check the video too, these tables could probably be considered the most precise tables ever manufactured, I measured wow and flutter on my PX-3 and it's actually way below the published specs.

Here is a picture of mine, at the time fitted with a NOS Shure M91ED.

Beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing! I was lucky enough to have owned one as a teenager back in 1980 so I know this table well. Of course, by the late 80's I had moved on to other gear and sold that whole top-of-the-line "Natural Sound" Yamaha series to a local friend. That system also included the following matching Yamaha components: M-2 amp, C2-A pre, T-2 tuner, and the revered NS-1000 loudspeakers, ebony edition.

Yet, I never forgot this awesome gear amd starting 10 years ago I decided I was going to own each and every component once again. I scored them one by one from eBay and finally own all of them again. Except I did also add the PX-2 which is the one I always lusted after even though I was VERY happy with the PX-3. They are both amazing pieces of tech! Way ahead of their time!

@Owaldo I did the same thing and backtracked and got back most if not all I let go in the past an got other pieces too. The most difficult for me to find was the Sony PS-636 turntable by ex-mother in law threw away by accident, I think she was thinking back in the 90's who needs a record player now? Let's toss this! Haha
