Very basic, but cool system. Look at the tiny tuner dial. How are you finding these ads? What search words are you using? Can you search for specific brands/models?
This one looks like it was homebrewed in someones garage, kinda cool but everything looks like it's off the shelf from a 70's electronic's store. My big sources are google books, the magazine section with Popular Science and Popular Mechanics. You can find some stuff with common terms like "cassette", "portable stereo", etc. My newest source is the Wayback Machine which stores old websites, I just found out a few weeks ago they have a magazine section. I searched this and found Esquire, Sports Illustrated, Sperimentare and the UK music magazine had a ton of cool old ads. I'm literally going through page by page to find these. I do a lot of talking on the phone for work and just flip pages until I find cool stuff. The other good source is American Radio History with tons of old magazines. Searching for specific models is really hard, I might put in JVC M-90 with zero hits but then I manually search and there's an ad or two. Some of these are fun just to look at the old ads, Esquire always had high-end New York Style with some nice equipment, Sports Illustrated has a ton of ads, lot's of Superscope Equipment. I should have book-marked and dated the ads, I didn't know that most of these were only done one time but I'll try to document them better. Hope you guys like this, I never know if it's coming across as junk or if there's genuine interest. Feel free to repost, it's not mine and I don't own the original copyrights. The stuff I buy I usually put a little S2g.com so guys come over here and look around. I'm on BBX as well but this is the goto site I've been on for years. Check this out and do some searching, post what you find! https://archive.org/details/Sperimentare?&sort=-downloads&page=3
