Good luck to them (genuinely) So every recording ever made on cassette including mix-tapes, college bands that lasted one term, and recordings of Grandma telling her favourite yarn is now available on streaming services. I thought not. Sure, there are better choices available than this, but if the original recording was made on some low quality Cassette Recorder I'm sure this would be more than adequate. Techmoan's latest video is fascinating. A large proportion of the comments are "You must preserve those recordings". If you have seen the film Bohemian Rhapsody, Kenny Everett, captured on the device, was the first DJ to play the track on the radio.

You just described a interview I had to do with my mom for a school assignment... which I did, using a Radio Shack Chronosette-256 AM/FM/Cassette dual-alarm clock.

Jorge, before the internet I scored the VHS BBC Series, I always wanted to see it when I was a kid and finally got the chance years later. Longman, I used to die laughing at Kenny Everett, he'd be on very late night along with Benny Hill and the Three Stooges, competing against our national TV channel PBS with Monty Python Episodes. Most people draw a blank if I mention any of those names, I haven't watched Techmoan's Player Video yet but I did read those comments and that player is really cool.
Whaaat...!? This thing is built like my Crown SZ-11?! Oh, for-get that! I rather spend the money on a good plug-in Bluetooth adaptor, and comfortably live "wirelessly" knowing I did it wisely.
The Hitch Hikers Guid to the Galaxy film was one of the most disappointing as they missed out the book sequences. If you can get the BBC TV series DVD there is a great extra at the end with The Babel Fish explaining how they did the "cutting edge computer graphics" using celluloid just like Disney made Fantasia. A couple of years ago I was trying to explain the series to my Polish wife and came up with "They have this device that tells them eveything about the universe - Just like an iPad". Quite appropriate given that Douglas Adams was a huge fan of Apple (Macs).
