Hi, I'm looking for a battery cover for my DD33 because it just broke (or tips on how to fix it if possible), any suggestions are welcome

Check out the video I posted with Adam Savage, he makes a Walkman out of Styrene, a common plastic available in different thicknesses. You may be able to layer up a cover with his technique. I bought some pebble-grained ABS sheet last year and was hoping to do the same thing. Some of these can be "solvent welded" By welding (glueing) up the layers you may be able to come up with something similar. I can't tell what you broke but the extension clips are the most common.

Thanks! Yes, the broken part is the extension clip as you mention :( seem quite hard to fix it.

Thanks, will keep my eyes on ebay in the future.

Have anyone tried to have it 3d-printed?

I tried the 3-d printed ones, they fit pretty well. Only thing is the color and structure is different but its a great alternative.
