trying to find whats wrong with my DDIII as it stops after 2-3 seconds if in Play, FF or REV, I don't see any rotation detection contact or I'm I missing something?
Any one has an idea what this could cause the problem?

Could be the blown head phone amp tantalum cap C317 ?

The capacitor is across the power supply line, so if it's intermittenly short-circuiting it can cause such problem. Desolder it, clean the board and try again. You can replace it with an electrolytic type if you don't have a tantalum.

Given that blown capacitor, I would suspect that the unit was either powered with reverse polairy or with higher voltage.
Given that probability, is it likely that other components are at fault: the first one I would suspect is the CX20084, although the typical symptoms of it failing are different than what you describe. You can start by checking the waveforms on that IC first.
It would be good practice to also check the capacitors at the input of the DC-DC converter: C315, C703.
