Laser transplant on Sony discman?

good news is my D-88 is repaired and I will receive it by this weekend
By the way he even asked me to ship the battery to recondition/refresh it
Will update you once i receive it

 

This is great news Boodokhan. I'm eager to rejuvenate the old girl and bring her back. Can't wait for the update

 

Received the diskman today. Plays very nice with no problem at all. The battery was already charged and I listened to some CDs, still plays well, I don't know how long a new battery can keep the charge but this one works just fine. I highly recommend this guy since I am 100% satisfied. I tried to upload a video to show how the diskman works but couldn't upload it directly to the site but will do it ultimately
