i spotted one of those rare Tesla Roadster the other day, check how the owner is feeding his car-hifi throug the auxiliary-jack:
A lot of the car is rather oldschool. Check out thiiiiis review of one and note how little the touchscreen is in both size and functionality. Do you know if the JVC radio was factory fitted? I expect that in 2008 Tesla were too busy working on energy monitoring to do the ICE system.
Why not? If the tape is recorded on good equipment, maybe Type II or even Type IV. It will be good sound.
I don't think I ever had a car Walkman but I used to build boxes and stuff car stereos in them, they worked great for my work's delivery van.
That's handy. Was on a flight recently...I wasn't the only one rocking a tape player. Mine was a lot more discreet..they had one of those new clunky 'we are rewind' type personal stereos that sound even worse than they look.
