    Hi all,

Just before the second lockdown here in France (nov 2020), my GF offered me a 3d printer, and I started to make some little parts I needed for some of my walkmans. later I offered these on ebay, where some of you bought some (Antictronik on eBay).

I would now like to sell these parts here, and of course cheaper than on the Bay, for members who need them. Of course If that cause a problem, moderators you can erase this post.

    For Sony TPS-L2 / WM3 :

    Battery door latch

Colour by default is blue for TPS-L2. Tell me if you want another color : Black for WM-3 / TCM-600B or Silver for TCM/600

Price is 5€+ tracked shipping everywhere in the world 4,90€ (for 1 to 4 exemplary - Max weight 20grs). This is now the V2.0 (2025/01), better looking and stronger than V1.0 !

Probably you could provide a lot of the 3 types of tiny buttons and battery covers for Aiwa HS-J* walkman. Almost none of them have all the buttons.

    Hi radiorich,
I own a Creality Ender 3V2, and made a lot of mods through the years : Auto bed levelling, enclosure (better for ABS printings), direct drive with the original head (instead of bowden), and my last big mod is a new direct drive head (Sprite)...
And I too use Tinkercad and Fusion !

Any chance you could print the whole door for a walkman DD/DC2/WMII? The latch tooth is broken on mine (not the slide latch piece but the actual part it bites onto in the door lip) and so my DC2 won't stay closed. I was planning to buy a clear door replacement for a WM-2 on eBay but would prefer to have more control over what materials are used, what color it is, etc.

Edit: turns out the WM-2 door does not fit the DC-2 despite looking similar. So I need an exact DC-2 door.

Do you make small cogs as well or is this too intricate for such a process. I need replacement cogs for JJ-P4x series which are across the board the same.
They are maybe 1cm cross and very tiny teeth - so this might not be able?

The printers are getting pretty nice, the Bambu can get down to .2mm so intricate gears are now possible. There's a plethora of filiments now available including plastics like nylon carbon fiber that are much stronger than what was available a few years ago. I haven't done much CAD in the last 30 years but I watch those guys punch out a gear in no time on YouTube, hopefully I can get some time to relearn the process. I see a lot of makers using their phone to take a photo that gets "scanned" by an app making the process 1000x easier.

Mister X - that's where I hoped 3D printing would excel. I know CAD and other software to design / mock up - implement - so I might see what a mid range printer can do for me - i would have to get the dimensions of this part to share as well so inspired parties could take a crack .
The phone scanner seems nice, I wonder if it's accurate enough for smaller items
