   We never got them over here so most of this is new outside of old ads and YT.
   
   The early tape decks were heavily advertised, they must have made some cash on those. The micro-stereo looks interesting and I'm wondering if the vertical turntable is original or licensed from Sharp. I think Sharp had a patent on the two-sided tonearms.

   The vertical turntable looks to be a copy of a Mitsubishi although I don't think it was made by them.

   Amstrad did use a lot of far east manufacturers who had no brand recognition at the time, in particular Funai.
