      Fixed this wonderful machine. Sound is amazing. Really amazing! Those new golden Nichicon caps do the hard work in the output stage.
      There's a DSL switch on the back too :) Did I mention it sounds awesome?
      Capabilities and ergonomics are great too, everything is now functional after recap.
      The only thing left is to change the cell battery for clock and memory preset retention... and make it take the regular Sony gum pack batteries.
      Recording is decent for a machine without a dedicated erase head (and oscillator). Auto-tape correction.
