Loved innovative technology since I was a kid. Was a big fan of walkmans from the start and listened to them everywhere. I have always been an early adopter buying the latest and greatest technology - most of the time from Sony.

I have several collections of devices that marked technology breakthroughs or just weird quirky solutions. One of them is my Walkman collection.

As an engineer, I focus mainly on the technology and craftsmanship of mechatronics and electronics in these wonderful little boxes. I consider some of them true art, a level of brilliant engineering that was at its peak in the 80s and 90s. Seeing and touching these marvels of technology makes me happy.
