    Only Deech could walk past a Crown 950 because there are soooo many boxes...I'd have a heart attack if I saw something that good lol. I went to a really big car boot yesterday and saw maybe half a dozen radios all crap lol

    Actually deech got the other Crown too. If you read carefully his post you'll notice that he ended it with the words "...Plus the other Crown for parts only" :) Which is a sensible choice even for him, who owns enough classical Crowns to use them as flowerpots... ;)

    It's almost as if the boxes come out and pose for Deech at the market!!!:hmmm:hmmm:hmmm. I was told that sequels are never as good as the originals but Deech is proving that theory wrong! Keep posting Deech.....so we can all dream:thumbsup::nodding::nodding::nodding:

    I always enjoy to share pics of the flea-market with you guys but there
    wasn't much there this weekend though
    and it was my first time after almost 4 months.
    So resumimg this series with a new episode i guess is not that bad ! :)

    The Tobishi in the 5th pic is a Joe Strummer boombox too !
    I never thought i d found it but i think that this is what Strummer has in the pics after
    the ones i have uploaded .

    lol I assumed Tobishi was a hilarious misspelling of Toshiba but it seems not!
    I'd have dragged home that Kaboom :)

    of the Tobishi and maybe this is the one that Strummer carried around
    when The Clash were on Tour those Glory early days of the 1980s.
