Hi all, does anyone have a manual for a Sony TCS-370? I've looked online but cannot find one in the usual places. Have just replaced the belt and now play and FF are working but it will only rewind for a few seconds then stops. Can work out why this is as.the rest is working nicely.

Okay I figured it out !! So on the schematic, the red part is the arm that's moving the gear activating the rewind spool. As we can see there's a PCB on the top left, against which the moving arm comes to rest. Mine was misaligned and causing the movement to stop before it's final position, preventing the gear to engage. I fixed this by tilting it a little (cuz it seemed to be glued and still able to move) and I also cut a small bit of the corner by half of a milimeter. Now it works perfectly and I'm happy with my device !! I love the way the TCS-370 is built and feels. I hope that can help someone !! I also learned that this model share the same mech as the TCM-7 Cheers.
