I have owned several walkmans, a couple of discmans & an MD discman - that I wired into my car because Auto changers in the boot sucked & I impressed my friends with a hidden MD player in the Glove box for about a year before the iPod was launched! I am currently trying to track down an info about my first walkman - a pastel blue WM-50 bought in Japan with matching pastel blue folding headphones. Can't find any info anywhere! Thanks & Hello! Dan I'm trying to identify my first ever walkman, that I sadly no longer have. But fancy trying to track down. Looking at lots of online archives & walkman info I can tell that it was very similar to the WM-50but it was purchased by my dad in Japan on a business trip. Probably 1985/86. I think it was basically a WM-50 BUT in pastel blue with folding in ear heaphones like these I would be hugely grateful for any information on it. Sorry If I have posted in the wrong place. Thanks!
Welcome to our forum danstretch The picture you placed is WM-50. Maybe the one you are looking is different color, like the one in this picture
