i remember a great thread in the past: what cars do you guys drive...

we discovered that a lot of us loves vintage cars, too.
i want to start a new fred here: show your garage - in all it's beauty and chaos - with cars and boxes and and and...

    here's my (show off) garage:

I don't technically own a garage and I have no pictures of my cars in garages(!) but here are the 2 cars I own:

The love of my life! Kaiya, my 2003 VW Lupo 1.6 16v GTI. I bought her in 2004 with 7k miles, now has 171k miles. Factory heated leather, metallic paint, Janpseed cat-back exhaust, K&N panel filter, Whiteline rear ARB, Coilovers, 280mm front brake upgrade, Pioneer double-din headunit, Alpine front speakers, JBL rear speakers, JL Audio 10W0 sub, Pro-plus 1000w class D amp. I LOVE this car, puts a smile on my face everytime I get in it. Runs around 130bhp but weighs 990kg so she's pretty nippy. VW only officially imported 958 into the UK over 5 years so she's pretty rare too!

Uma the High Up! Had her for almost 4 years, she's fully loaded with almost every option box ticked by the previous owner (thanks!) Slow as but great on fuel (50+mpg everywhere!) and £20 a year to tax. I bought her with the intention to give her to my son for his first car, its only a 1litre 3 cylinder with 75bhp so (hopefully!) cheap insurance for him! She's fitted with: Sat nav, Bluetooth, cruise control, panoramic roof, rear parking sensors, heated pleather seats, lowered 'sports' suspension, factory rear tinted windows, factory 'sound pack' (basically front component speakers and rear, normal Up! only has front speakers), trip computer, front fogs and VW Motorsport 'Triangle' 16'' wheels. I've done a few mods to her, changed the wheels to 17's, DAB radio upgrade, LED lights, wind deflectors, and a few other bits. I have the Fender door speakers to fit one day and I plan on having the roof wrapped in black vinyl. Great little car, fun to drive and cheap the run!

yay, no doubt Kayia is the coolest lupo i've ever seen - seems like it's got more x-tras than a mercer s-class (?) Uma should be electric (f.m.h.o.)

We underwent a renovation on the upstairs of our home, so our garage is currently full of furniture and A/V equipment that is going to be sold. We refurnished and I have a custom A/V system installed, now. We aren't keeping any of the older stuff. But, this is one of my cars that is usually stored in the garage. It's a 1986 Buick Grand National with 73K original kms. on it. I have owned it since 2007 and I am the second owner. I have two other vintage cars.
