built-in leds in cassette tapes / adapters: do they exist?

Hi everyone,

in search of a new bluetooth cassette-tape adapter to play mp3's on my old boombox my first thought was: " it has to be luminous!".

Well, turns out transparent color changing led bluetooth cassette tape adapters do not exist. Or do they? Even normal blank cassette tapes don't ever had that feature.
To be honest i was surprised. Or is this a techno-difficulty that can't be overcome? That way i can keep my boombox 100% original.

@Mister X tnx for the link, @TooCooL4 already gave a likwise link, but it lacks the "built-in led"-feature as the C48 prototype shows. Seems a bit strange such a cassette-tape never entered the market.
