Hello everyone, I'm looking to buy a Sony Walkman. I've found a blue wm-ex674 on Facebook Marketplace for a good price (~80€) and it looks like a deal to me. It is described as fully working, but my fear is that it will break after a short time. Is it difficult to repair one of these things? Are spare parts rare or common? Thanks for the answers!

Belts for this model are easy to find and easy to fit! Great sounding machine too. Go for it!

That's good to hear! But what about optic and other electronics? Are they common too?

I have this model and it works just fine. Most of the time a belt change is all you need and changing the belt on this model is not difficult.

Only one last question: are there differences between EX672 and EX674?

Maybe the use of a better, more modern PCB or Audio processor or even an updated version of the tape transport, some tweaks to perfect it.
