Hey fellas, Is been a long time. Extremely busy @ work.
Most importantly super glad to be back.
I have a JVC PC-3 with the speakers needing either re-foam or replaced.
    I’m thinking of replacing them.
The problem I can’t figure out how to open the speaker cabinet to do so.
    Anyone have an idea?
I looked all over the cabinet. I can’t seem to figure it out.
    Please help.

One of the guys opened up a box last year, I think it was a Phillips, try to find that thread. He had some insight on doing it with the least amount of damage. It's not easy, whether pressboard or plastic, you might need to do some cutting.

i think there are 2 feet at the bottom front of speaker, remove them and you should see clips to gently pry the speaker open

Hi ya, Thank ya for trying to help. Is always appreciate it.
I found a post on it on gallery from Mrp32Dave & the way to do it is by removing the grills. Now Radio Raheem u brought me back into time when I did this with the JVC with screws in the bottom is the PC-5 & 11jw.
