Discussed this one a while ago at ShizAudio.
An interesting beast with coaxial thin speakers. Would love to listen how it sounds
    not expecting any surprises though.
There are 2 offers in St. Petersburg and Moscow but IMO they are asking a bit much:
    Circa 500 and 1200 USD.

Has anyone touched one? It looks about the same quality as the vertical turntables. The speakers almost look like the magnet is reversed, pulling instead of pushing but it says honeycomb design, more like Sony's Square Speakers. This would look great with a flat screen TV above it.

It probably sounds far better than any modern flat screen TV, and better than a lot of the sound-bars sold to go with them.

Great catch Philip Taylor, it's a completed auction but it shows some of the cool features, like the remote and the "flat"speakers. It won't let me copy the photos, too bad, there's so little information on the internet about it.

I just came across a couple of completed listings for these on eBay
    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TECHNICS-SA-R100L-LW-MW-FM-STEREO-CASSETTE-RECEIVER-VERY-RARE-PLEASE-READ-/114856298785?hash=item1abdf80921:g:5mMAAOSwah9gyy66&nma=true&si=yqLozdPhvE3inNs7HhxaO0Tzz80%3D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
I like the way the remote can be stowed inside the unit.
None of the listings seem to have the original speakers.
Also found on eBay a publicity photo

I wonder if she is using Blu-Tac to hold up that speaker ?
That would explain why there are any left.
At first I thought it was an SL-V5 turntable to the left. The units would go well together.
