This is a web site which is well known .The replacement was invented and made by Mikholm a well known member of ST2G0. He may do one for your model but it is normally for the DD series walkman but it is worth a try. i wish you success

 

here is the picture of the center gear i am looking for,i counted the remaining gear teeth at 35 and by looking at the gear teeth distance i think 5 gear teeth were broken,am really looking for someone to point me at the right direction where to buy..thanks

Sony tc-k22 is not a high end deck and not many people might look for this equipment. Try to buy a used deck and get the part from it.
Marian spent a lot of time to make the famous DD central gear. It is not practical to make a gear for just one equipment.
