Hello, I have a problem with my Sony Walkman, I hope someone could give an advice. In this video I show how it sounds because would be difficult to explain. I'll drop here a photo of the motherboard if needed.
Could be all sorts of things. In order my best guess is: 1. Belt/motor issue (basically anything to do with the speed) 2. Voltage problem (not getting enough power) 3. Dirty head Clean the head according to a guide. Most recommend isopropyl alcohol and high quality cotton swab. Make sure batteries are absolutely brand new and high quality. Use an AC adapter if you can. If you still have the problem, then my money is on the belt/motor.
Haha you were right, It happened to me because I did use the wrong belt, the one I used was bigger that it should be, many thanks for the help, very appreciated!!!
