    Welcome and good luck, it shouldn't be too hard. I did listen to the video and the quality is not too bad, maybe you can get it better. It might help to know the type of tape she has, some brands of tape decks are "matched" with certain tapes. A top of the line deck might be nice but it might also bring out more imperfections from the original mid-line Technics Casseiver, at least that's my experience.

    The quality from the video doesn't seam bad, but with no frame of reference for what the song actually sounds like, you don't really know. It isn't in any key so it might be slowed down a little. The tape is a 90 min BASF chromdioxid II, this one. The last update is here.
