I got some sliders off ebay from Russia about a year ago and its time to fit them in place, the only problem is that they are white plastic, so i would like to match them with the remaining originals. Does anybody know the of a colour match in rattle can paint ?

Can they match the color with an existing slider? I can't remember how that works it's been awhile since I bought paint. I just checked mine and they seem to be a dark shade of mat-gold, I didn't know if you had a slider to compare.

Even if “they” mix an exact original color, it wont look the same as a 40yo paint: I know this because of my other hobby of fine-scale jet modelling:(
For the sliders I would use anything that looks good (black, silver, red(?)) from the line of Tough paints. Engine Enamels or Hi-Temp Enamels, or Enamel with Ceramic: there is always something at my local DIY hardware store. If all sliders look the same, then who cares about the original color...
