After quite some time i finally visited the market ! Found some units but none came with me . I felt a bit sad by the condition this poor Philips D8514 was and by the price the seller was asking . I did buy a few cassetes though.
Wish our car boot sales would hurry up and start for the year! Way too cold here yet. Best one round here doesn't start until April :-(

I like the looks of that Akai AJ-557. It is more colourful than the children's Sony. You certainly got a good variety of tapes in that box with everybody from Edith Piaf to INXS. It makes you wonder if it was one persons collection or if someone just filled it up with random tapes. A good find though. There are hundreds of CDs and a few dozen LPs in my local Charity shop but not a tape to be seen.

Deech i am taking the privilege of posting some market sites i saw today Here are some historical buildings too near the famous flee market that host some antique shops However it is a very sad story with such classical buildings around Athens from the 18th and 19th century. Minty like new toshiba RT but the price asked to0 high for my taste on such boomboxes
