And a Happy New Year 2020! It's at least a new decade if we're counting cardinally that is (well, most do that after all). Impressive how fast this went by, isn't it? Do you have any goals for this coming decade or year? For me that would be finally getting around to fix my DAT deck and WM-2091, service my Walkmans, clean my vinyl records, expand my tape collection and record more mixtapes and MDs. Let's see when that'll be... I'm looking forward to more years here on Stereo2Go. I definitely don't regret having signed up.
Happy and full of music 2020, my friends!!! whatever your “fix” in players, I wish you all that your fav tunes would stay with you and keep your sanity level at 20-20 my goal for 2020 is to make my Boss happy and to get some extra time and $$$ to contribute to this wonderful forum! oops!!! My Tosh (a present from @Boodokhan) is almost bigger than our Christmas tree... This will have to be fixed in 2020
Happy New Decade everyone. It was a a bit of a shock to realise that (unless they change the rules again) I will be an Old Age Pensioner in less than ten years. It certainly doesn't seem like twenty years since we were going to the Millennium Dome in London to see the exhibits and Peter Gabriel's excellent show.
Happy New Year everyone ! I wish the best for 2020 and the new decade and a lot of music with the gear you like !
Happy New Year! It was beautiful, we got 6+ inches of snow and my snowblower blew up, at least the auger gear case did. The good news is they still have NOS parts for my 30 year old Yamaha. We were outside cranking the boombox and shovelling, it's so cool that we all have our little parts of the world to be in, some with snow, some warm and some with rain. I'll be looking forward to all of the new stories in the new year, who would have known this forum is close to 20 years old and a bunch of the old guys are still kicking around! I'm going to go out on a limb and say they were largely responsible for the current excitement with cassettes and equipment, the boombox and Walkman Guys really kept the format alive when everyone else didn't want anything to do with it. I'm toasting to you guys right now!
