Custom Walkman Clip-on Battery Case (WM-r202)

    I got a WM-r202 with a faulty door catch, shot belts and no battery case. The first two problems are sorted and I thought I’d share my progress with my custom battery case.
    Eventually I will cover it with brushed aluminium to match the rest of the case, but so far I’ve made it clip on securely and am waiting for the capacitor to arrive. Thanks @Silver965 for pictures of the capacitor specs and wiring.
    I’ll update with more pictures as I progress.

    Nice! You might be able to do a resin casting with that, it would be fun to play with and find out.

    That’s an interesting idea, I think I have some mould casting silicon somewhere so I might try something. I need to re-do it though, as due to poor measurement or miscalculation I can’t quite fit everything in the current version.
