Hey there! So my WM-DD30 that I've had for years has always been moved around in its original slip in case, but its sadly crumbling apart everywhere. I know that Analogue October made some absolutely beautiful cases, but since they're no longer in stock, it's a bit difficult to obtain them. Does anyone have the new leather cases they don't need anymore? It'd go to a great home where it's appreciated and used properly. If not, does anyone at least have a good condition DD quartz case they don't need anymore? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    Gavin Archer

I never liked any of DD cases. Sony made such ugly cases for DD series specially for DD30 and DD33.
I might have some extra ( I am not sure) If you be patient I might be able to send you one.

Before this COVID pandemic I met a guy in Beverly Hills who was very good at making luxury leather items. I showed him the case and asked him to make a case for my DD100 walkman. Unfortunately couldn't follow him since he closed his business temporarily, but this is something that I will follow to make the best cases for my DDs.

Thank you so much! Although if you have any for the DD Quartz line, with the better leather and straps, I'd be absolutely over the moon, but it means a lot that you'd even check.

@Boodokhan - definitely keep us updated! Hi-end "Made in Italy" genuine-leather case made one of my iPods (60G, the latest one before iPods got discontinued, whatever the model) sound pretty decent to my ears
    :loldiag:
Not as good as my i-Modded 'classic' iPods, but it was difficult to disregard how GOOD and Hi-End that iPod looked o_O

    Hi Audiodiplomat.

It was there but I asked if they could lower the price and they sent me an offer which I accepted.....

Good for you! I saved this as a search for ages but saw nothing in my inbox. Out of interest, when was the item posted approx, was it from the UK or elsewhere and how much in the end? Back to the drawing board!

    Regards

Yep, a trifle expensive, but at least you now have one. I just use a generic fabric zipped square case, functional, but hardly original!t
