    - Make a copy battery case by 3D print.
    - Fabricate +/- connector plates
    - Install and test run. Its working!

Excellent result... How do you find the measurement ... height depth etc. use a software or enter the data by hand .... :hypo How many tests did you do before you got the result

The original case was sent to 3D print shop. They did 3D scan for making up the drawing then print out the raw case by using "plastic liquid". But even did 3D scan but it took about 1-2 times to revise the drawing for having precise dimentions of the final case.
I made the +/- poles of battery by myself.

    Great job!
Are you thinking on manufacturing some more to sell them?
Those battery cases are difficult to be found and can also be used on Aiwa Hs-p20/p202

Nice! Would you mind sharing the 3D scan file?

Hello, I'm restoring my dad's AIWA hs-p202 to make him a gift, and some years ago the old battery case broke... Nowadays it is quasi-impossible to find a battery cover so I would be interested in the 3Dprint file ! I really want to make him that gift and that the only piece I miss unfortunately... thank you !
