Hive mind.... putting this out to you. The 220uf 1.5v caps in the R202 are proving hard to replace. The spacing only allows for caps 5mm in diameter and height. I cant find anything smaller than 6.3mm Dia, in any voltage. Any pointers?

    I've only found 6.3mm diameter x 5mm high 4V 220uF Nichicon UMW. I used these, eBay item 183635237056.

Alternatively you could use SMT Tantalums AVX 2.5V 220uF TPS series eBay item 322898607559. You have to solder legs onto the pads but it's not too bad to do.

Matt, does the red stripe on the AVX denote negative or positive pole?

The stripe indicates the negative pin of the capacitor

I know that’s the case on electrolytic capacitors. Just wanted to make sure. The data sheet for those caps has the stripe side as +. Mind you, I’ve looked at so many options today on digikey, RS, Farnell etc, I could have easily misread.

Thanks for the recommendation on the AVX’s. 20 arriving tomorrow.

You're absolutely right doublecee, the red stripe is indeed the positive pole! Thanks very much for mentioning that as otherwise I'd have been none the wiser! Just shows, you learn something every day
