    Hello,

The volume pot on my Sony has completely disintegrated, looking for a modern replacement, if possible.
Part number 1-230-485-11 "res, var, carbon 10k/10k"

Also looking for a leaf contact, though that part is not so critical: "1-554-297-00 switch, leaf". It's S302 in the image below.

Speaking of modern replacements, I have an assortment of portable cassette players that I'm trying to revive and most of them just needed new belts. However, I have some cheap belts and the thin ones (0.5mm?) are really bad. They add a lot of flutter due to their unevenness so perhaps someone has an idea where to buy an assortment of small belts (30-200mm), ideally of all shapes, though the square 2x2 ones that I have are fine.

Maybe it's worth bumping this up, who knows.
I've ordered some similar- looking pots which would probably require some pin-bending. At least, from the schematic, they look like normal stereo potentiometers and not the crazy "middle-referenced" ones.
Still no idea about the leaf switch, I might have to scavenge it from somewhere or try to make it perform better. I've cleaned it's contacts but still it requires quite a lot of force (bending) to activate.
