Welcome. We haven't had that many members come from Japan despite most of the equipment we discuss coming from there. Reading various articles, including those which @Mister X finds, I have learned about brands like Lo-D and entire formats like D-VHS and VHD which were never seen outside of Japan. Of course other brands are well known to us. That led me to a picture I had never seen before (I was only looking for a picture of the shirts). For those who don't know the team is Manchester United back in 1982. All of the products shown were readily available in the U.K. I wonder if the players got a free Boombox each ?
