Iam not able to select the inputs in the Amplifier unit in FH-150R . By default its in tuner mode .cant select tape ,phono and Cd.
Welcome to the forum! I'd post the technical question in the boombox tech section, more people will see it. Here's the service manual, I've never had an issue downloading from this website. https://elektrotanya.com/sony_fh-150r_sm.pdf/download.html I'd check for continuity through the ribbon cables in the back and pop the hood on the amplifier and visually check the switches. I'm not an expert, but when I do troubleshooting I start with the easy stuff.
