I'm looking for a battery cover for my red Sony Walkman 23. I hope someone is capable of helping me. It seems to be a rare model. It's the model underneath.
There is a 3d printed battery cover for the WM-F22 on thingiverse, would that fit? https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3724571
No it won't. I've found the 3D pictures of this model and battery cover, but even with that, whois going to print it for me and would it look exactly the same as the original. Most 3D printed stuff isn't high polish but matte. The 3D models: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2894728
A while back I used an online printing service, pretty sure it had options for matte / polish. An example of such a service (random search, not sponsored or affiliated): https://create3dshop.nl/3dprint/3d-online-printservice/, glossy PLA is listed as a material choice
Thanks for the link. How did you upload the 3D files? The WM-23 files from Thingiverse are in zip format.
And now there is a problem number 2: i’m looking for a little retaining clip that pressures the grey wheel onto the black wheel beneath with a spring and white washer. I found out that it controls FFW and RW. When in close the rear cover it will work. But the clip is not there for nothing. An alternative, since i can’t find a new one, would be an e-clip 1mm. The only problem is that they start with 1.5mm. Bending it to make it shorter wouldn’t do any good to my opinion. anybody suggestions?
The other service I had to provide the STL file, and could verify in the browser whether or not the object and its sizing were correct.
