I wouldn't mind x2 of the type 2's to the UK.

 

Is one of the two types compatible with the AIWA HS-PX310?
If yes, I'm interested in one.

 

The remote doesn’t work with these on the 310 - except for the volume of course.

I think they’re still worth having though, good quality and any period Aiwa in ear headphones are difficult to get hold of. Not really sure why the 310 had a remote option - maybe to taunt their owners?

 

I have a remote from my HS-PX1000 (sadly I don't have the HS-PX1000 anymore), it looks the same as type 1. I tested it with the 310 and play (and volume) is working but on more keys, not the play key only ...
I also have two Aiwa in ear headphones.
Was there no remote delivered with the 310?

I’m not sure actually, the PX1000 is a top model that was meant to compete with top Sony Walkmans.
Hence I have never seen it in real life and cannot say whether or not the remote of the EX2000/PX557/LX200 will actually work.
Any Aiwa experts here?
