    Thanks for taking the trouble to write this up and post it Marian. I've recently bought a DD so I will shortly be carrying out my first DD repair. I'll stock up on some chocolate first.

    Hello everybody, yesterday i have found a wm DDII probably of my dad, i have tried to turn in on but it seems dead, the red light remain off and nothing happens if i try to push start or any other button.
    I have opened it today and i have noticed that there is a broken gear, what could i do to repair it?
