    A halo effect from the Telefunken boomboxes, which some people think are the best sounding ones ever made ?
    A shame I can't see where it was made. A "Made in West Germany" personal stereo would certainly have rarity value.

    Seems very expensive for the type of player! Perhaps it is featured in a move or series that we apparently have not yet heard of :nwink:

    Pretty sure that by 1982 all of Telefunken's "boomboxes" became made in Asia. The Hifi Studio 1 was a notable exception, but that's from 1980 I think
