Never before seen online (in context) - The elusive and fabulous Radio Shack version of the JJ-F6. Radio Shack carried these for at least 2 years (in the catalogue) but in some locations would sell until stock ran out. It was the 2nd highest priced unit next to another unit that was more expensive than this but inferior. I have collected these for a decade now - this is an excellent example of a fully working unit in great condition. They came in a box that was very nice, include power adapter, 2 x 1AA battery adapters (clip on bottom) a few gum stick batteries (no test tape like the Sanyo version) - headphones, a suede green bag. There is a Canadian market version that is even rarer than the USA branded version identical except for what is screen printed on the unit outside. The electronic boards inside indicate Sanyo.
I would like to feature this rare unit on Walkman.land. Do you have a picture of the specs of the manual, and exterior pictures?
Agreed ! It's understated.. a sleeper . I don't think there was a white version like Sanyo made. Thanks for checking it out.
